Job Overview
We're looking for a tech-savvy Business Analyst who's passionate about AI to revolutionize business analytics in CodeGPT. This person will be responsible for providing analytical support and insights to help optimize business performance, ensure accurate reporting, and support decision-making processes, working hand-to-hand with the founders' team (providing direct support to the CEO!).
If you're excited about using AI and no-code tools to automate analytical processes and enjoy deep diving into data to uncover meaningful insights, then you're the person we're looking for!
- 🌍 Location: Remote (we're a global team 😊)
- 📝 Contract Type: Full-time
- ⚒️ Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 🧠 Experience: +2 years, ideally in software/technology industry
- 🌟 Knowledge: Advanced Excel and Powerpoint or Canva (desirable BI Tools and MixPanel)
- 🗣️ Language: Advanced English and Spanish
Responsabilities:
- Lead data analysis and create automated reports to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare and analyze management reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Create and maintain dashboards for performance tracking.
- Prepare presentations for management meetings.
- Oversee initiatives/monitor progress on strategic initiatives.
- Manage Stripe disputes and payments
- Analyze business trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive process optimization initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and implementing AI and no-code solutions.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) mandatory (part of the team does not speak Spanish).
- Solid understanding of business strategy, goal setting, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in data analysis tools, business intelligence tools, and no-code platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with ability to work independently.
